7 CONTROL BODY INSTALLATION
Place a bead of plumber’s putty in the groove along the bottom outer edge of Seal Ring
(7A). Place Seal Ring (7A) under base of Control Body (7B). From above sink, insert
Threaded Shank (7C) and Tubing (7D) through other side hole of sink.
8 SECURING CONTROL BODY
From underneath sink, place Round Washer (8A), and Mounting Nut (8B) onto Mounting
Shank (8C). Tighten loosely, make sure Handle (8D) swings equally in both directions.
Tighten Valve Body rmly to sink.
9 HOSE ATTACHMENT
From underneath sink, push Connector (9A), located on the end of Hose (9B) rmly
upward onto the Inlet Tube (9C), until unable to push any further. Pull down on Connector
(9A). If the housing and the Inner Collet (9D) separate slightly but do not pull off, the
Inlet Tube (9C) connection is secure.
To remove the quick connect attachment: Push up on Connector (9A). Holding Inner
Collet (9D) in place, pull downward on Connector (9A) until Inlet Tube (9C) is free.
10 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Gently separate hot and cold supply tubes (10A), approximately three inches apart.
Connect water Supply Lines (10C) to Faucet Inlets (10B). Hot water supply line goes
to hot inlet tting indicated by red tag (10D). (Supply lines not included). Follow
manufacturer’s instructions when installing supply lines.
11 UNIT START UP
Turn on hot and cold water supplies, and check for leaks above and below the sink
.
